Various credit card payment options
This service is credit/debit card based.
Other points to note
- We are a French company, so we are not subject to sales tax on foreign transactions.
- The contract term is automatically renewed every month and the amount will be deducted from your credit card.
- Web operations are not covered by the above regarding automatic debits.
- Our company closes on the 15th of each month. Please inform us of your contract cancellation before the 15th of the contract month.
- Payment is made in advance on a monthly basis. Once payment is confirmed, we will begin work.
- If the number of response hours exceeds the monthly response time, an overtime fee (hourly rate x 1.5 times) will be added. (Overtime work will be performed with the customer's agreement.)
- If you wish to change or cancel your plan, please contact us by the 15th of the previous month.
